Catalysts

The development of catalysts is based on an understanding of the structure of materials at the molecular level, an understanding of the relationships between structure and catalytic properties and the targeted synthesis of nanostructured catalysts with active centers providing the required functionality.

Research is focused on a range of materials with suitable properties for important heterogeneously catalyzed processes.
